Creative Design

• From the outset, the signage was thoughtfully designed to complement The Acres’ premium aesthetic.
• The focus was on clean lines and strong simple forms that would sit harmoniously within the landscape and create a confident recognisable presence at the entrance.

Craftsmanship

• A standout feature is the individually fabricated, back-lit letters which create a halo effect and adding depth and enhancing legibility.
• The result is elegant and understated, particularly as the light softens in the evening – perfectly aligning with the architectural intent of the development.

Fabrication

• All folded elements were produced in-house using Signtech’s Alphabend machine, allowing for precise, consistent bends and a high-quality finish.
• By manufacturing in-house, the team maintained full control over accuracy and detailing, ensuring the final result matched the original design intent exactly.

• Premium OSRAM LED lighting was carefully incorporated within the lettering to provide consistent, energy-efficient illumination with excellent colour stability.
• The LED system was carefully integrated to deliver a subtle, even glow that enhances visibility at night without overpowering the natural surroundings.

Materials

• Material selection was equally deliberate, with finishes chosen for durability in an outdoor setting while still maintaining a refined, architectural appearance.
• The balance between longevity and design quality was key to achieving a signage solution that will stand the test of time.

Installation
