This handover will kick-start their fit-out programmes, leading to doors opening from September 2026. Over the last six months, as the development has taken form on site, leasing momentum has been incredibly positive. We’re pleased to share that:
- 55% of tenancies are now leased
- We remain on track to reach 75% occupancy early in the new year
